Out in the field, the weakest link is almost always the wire. A trenched control cable to a wellhead, lift station, tank, or remote meter is expensive to install, expensive to repair, and one lightning strike or backhoe away from taking your SCADA reading down for days. These point-to-point LoRa radio systems replace that cable run with a wireless link — one transmitter paired with one receiver, speaking your existing 4-20mA, dry-contact, or RS485/Modbus signal across miles, with no gateway, no SIM card, no license, no subscription, and no programming. Your PLC, RTU, and SCADA see exactly what they saw before; only the wire is gone.
Built for oilfield and water treatment duty:
- 4-20mA current loop replacement — send an analog process value (pressure, level, flow, temperature) from a remote transmitter to the receiver at the panel, point to point.
- Dry-contact wire replacement — carry a switch, alarm, or pump-run/status contact across the distance without pulling conductors.
- RS485 / Modbus converter — move serial Modbus data over the same long-range radio link.
- DIN-rail power supplies — 5W, 24V out, 120–240VAC in, to power the radios in a control enclosure.
